Edith Lam, a seasoned retail management executive in Asia, has over 20 years of experience
working in leading MNCs such as adidas, Calvin Klein Jeans, Marks & Spencer, Crocs and VF
Corporation (parent company of Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Lee Jeans, Wrangler, etc.).
She is specialized in retail operation and merchandising excellence, sales training and business
analytics. Her career aspiration is to unleash individual potential, maximize their strengths and
elevate team performance.
In the past decade, Edith has developed and conducted numerous training programs and
workshops on staff motivation, retail operation excellence and elevating business performance
across Asia. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Edith provided regular strength workshops
for corporate teams, retail staff, members of NGO, church and university students. She is
specialized in one-on-one strengths coaching for employees, young professionals and graduate
trainees to discover their talents and improve performance with clear approach goals and
action plans.
Edith is passionate about working with people in different walks of life to harness their natural
talent, and she feels honored to help them achieving personal goals and life purposes. In her
leisure time, she is a volunteer counsellor in HK Satir Center, mentor for university students and
coach for kids in Sunday school. She loves skiing, scuba diving, hiking and jogging. She is native
in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin.
